The short version

• This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
• You cannot order, pay or open an account here. That happens on the store for each market.
• When you type to Mira, the message is sent to an AI service to be read. This site does not store the text.
• To limit misuse, the site counts typed messages for two days, under a one-way code made from your IP address, never the address itself.
• A quote from Mira USA is emailed to you by MundoPrints. Other forms open your own email app, and nothing reaches us until you send that email yourself.

Who runs this site

mundoprints.com is the company site of MundoPrints, run by MUNDOPRINTS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. Company details are on the legal page. For any privacy question, write to info@mundoprints.com.

When you visit

The site is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States (Oregon). Like any website, its servers process technical request data, such as your IP address, the page you ask for and your browser type, to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.

The pages load no scripts, fonts or trackers from other companies.

When you type to Mira

Mira, the assistant on this site, answers with fixed text written by MundoPrints. To understand a typed message, the site sends only that message, with the question it answers, to OpenAI, an AI service, which sends back a structured reading. Earlier messages in the chat are not sent. Mira never shows text written by the AI service.

This site does not store what you type. For each message, the server log records counts only: the step of the chat, which fixed lines were shown, how long it took and how much of the AI service was used. It records no message text, name, email address or IP address.

To stop misuse and keep costs in check, the site counts typed messages: up to 40 a day from one visitor, 30 in one chat, and a daily limit for the whole site. A visitor is counted under a one-way code made from the IP address, not the address itself, in a database run by AWS in the United States (Oregon). Each count is set to expire two days after it starts, and the database then deletes it automatically.

If you only tap Mira’s buttons, nothing is sent to the AI service. Please do not type sensitive personal information into the chat.

When you choose to email us from the chat, Mira for mundoprints.com may offer to add your name or email to that message. You can say no. Anything you add stays in your browser for this visit and is used only to fill in that email. It is not sent to or stored by MundoPrints servers.

Quotes, applications and emails

When you send a quote from Mira USA, MundoPrints emails it to the address you typed, through Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES, in the US West, Oregon, region), with a copy to info@mundoprints.com. Your name, email and company are used only to send that email and are not stored by this site; to stop one address being flooded, the site counts emails to it for two days under a one-way code, never the address itself. If sending is not possible, your own email app opens with the quote instead, and we receive it only if you send it.

The careers application works the same way: it opens your email app with your answers, addressed to info@mundoprints.com.

When you email us, we use your message and contact details to reply, and keep them only as long as we need to handle your request and keep normal business records.

Orders, accounts and payments

These happen only on the store for each market, under that store’s own privacy policy: mundoprints.in and mundoprints.mx. This site never receives your order or payment details.

Sharing

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. The services named above (AWS for hosting and the message counts, OpenAI for reading typed chat messages, and our company email provider for emails you send us) process it to run this site.

Your choices

You can use the whole site, including Mira’s buttons, without typing anything. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to info@mundoprints.com. The message counts hold no name or contact details and delete themselves within days.

This site is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes too.
