Every job arrives with a confirmed spec, artwork that has passed preflight and a proof the customer approved. The approval is tied to the exact file you receive, so there are no surprises at delivery.

Artwork that has passed preflight: resolution, colour mode, bleed, fonts and transparency are checked on upload.
